Our management team have long experience in the sectors we support with a total of 30 years between them. Because of this, we understand what you require having been both clients and providers in the recruitment and soft facilities management fields.
Our aim is to know and understand what is important to you and work closely with you to achieve your desired outcomes by providing trained staff members who can support you at short notice and fit seamlessly into your permanent team.

We understand that our team are individuals with differing work requirements and so we manage that very carefully. Getting this right means we have a large group of trained people who work for us regularly, know what is expected of them and who are motivated to fit into your permanent teams easily and effectively. We work very closely with everyone to match them to suitable roles and locations. We have also ensured that we have people available to work every day of the week and all year round: daytime, evenings, weekends, night, and bank holidays. Because we have the strong longstanding team, they are comfortably able to tailor their work pattern to suit your needs.

We understand the expectations and importance of PLACE, CQC Audits, Infection Control and vetting in hospital environments and so our team is trained accordingly so that they can hit the ground running when they come to your sites from the first day. This means less training and familiarisation time and optimises your spend.
