Retail outlets balance very carefully the link between staff, footfall and service standards. Many small outlets have small numbers of staff and dropping one or more can have a disastrous effect on business. Invariably the need is a short notice and the permanent staff don’t have the time to continue service and train a temporary member of staff. So we seek to provide people with wide experience in the sector and who are able to quickly report for work and be able to adapt to fit into a new place. Should the task be for longer we will make every effort to have the same person attend so that continuity is achieved.
